Villa Bougainvillea is perfectly located only 4 minutes walk from a very nice beach full of white sand and clear blue water. Next door is Narcissos Hotel Apartments with a very large s/pool (see photo below) which you can use free of charge. Furthermore, the famous Fig Tree bay is only 10 minutes walk!

The Villa is brand new and consists of 3 double bedrooms with A/C and a bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining area, cloakroom and a separate modern fitted kitchen/diner. There is also a large basement that can be used for storage. The villa has its own small (children's) & large (4m*7m*1.5m) swimming pool and is surrounded by verandas and a garden where one can sunbathe or sit and enjoy the cool breeze in the afternoon. It is fully furnished with a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven and television. Bed linen is provided but you need to bring your own towels.
