Sea View Villa is perfectly located only 1 minute walk from a very nice beach full of white sand and clear blue water. On the beach there is the 4 star Golden Coast Hotel with a lovely outdoor pool and bar. Within 5 minutes walk there is Sirena Beach as well as restaurants, supermarkets and many other facilities. Furthermore, the famous Fig Tree bay is only 10-15 minutes walk!

The Villa is brand new and consists of 3 double bedrooms with A/C and a bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining area, cloakroom and a modern fitted kitchen. There is also a large basement that can be used for storage. The villa is surrounded by verandas and a garden where one can sunbathe or sit and enjoy the cool breeze in the afternoon. It is fully furnished with a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven and television. Bed linen is provided but you need to bring your own towels.

* Transport from Larnaca airport can be arranged for an additional £25 payable to the taxi driver.
